Officially an ItWorks DIAMOND in 30 days!

I cannot believe I even just wrote that as my title. It is completely surreal and I am still shocked 12 hours later. I got the $10,000 GOOD Bonus and an average commission check of $1,900. With my bonus my check will be around $2,400 minimum without other amazing bonus opportunities from being a leader in the company!


I joined ItWorks one month ago. I was able to hit Executive 4 days into the business, Ruby in 13 days, Emerald on day 31 and DIAMOND on day 31! Yes, I hit Emerald and Diamond the SAME day. The last day of the month. The last two hours of the last day of the month!


I have received countless messages and comments asking how I did it. I decided a blog would be easiest to explain what my month looked like here in Texas.


I am located right outside of Houston, Texas. This product was not known in my area except by a very select few that had recently gone to an ItWorks party. This helped a TON! It was an unsaturated market that exploded!

I am an 8th grade Math teacher. I have a very outgoing personality and never meet a stranger. I have always been a leader by nature. I was the head cheerleader throughout little league, junior high, and high school. I am blessed to have this personality trait. Being a teacher, I am used to speaking in front of people and I am not intimidated by this thankfully. 



In the first days after I joined I spent HOURS at night and during nap time reading the compensation plan. I looked at all the documents in esuite. I watched YouTube videos of how to get Ruby in 10 days. I am on two AMAZING leadership pages that both have hundreds of files! I read ALL of them. Literally! I researched and researched and researched! I found leaders on Facebook through distributors above me. I would go through their old posts from when they first started the business. I found posts from over a year ago that asked if you make 6 figures a MONTH comment your rank and how long it took you to hit this! There were TONS of comments and all of the people did it within 2 YEARS! Unbelievable!! I knew so much about this company that I knew I could be confident at parties when questions were asked!



I have a very supportive and always available leader. She never made me feel like I was insignificant. She made me feel like I was a priority. This woman is nearing Presidential Diamond! She is still mourning the loss of her precious baby boy that she lost just two short months ago. Ashley made me feel like I could go to her day or night for help! 


I found an event through ebrite for a One Team One Mission in Houston a week after I joined! It was two Presidential Diamonds speaking with their husbands there as well. 3 of us from my team went to this amazing opportunity! It was very motivating! They brought up double and triple diamonds! These women did this in less than 2 years as well!


I asked all of my family and friends for support. I was completely fine with them being skeptical. I was skeptical for a year before I joined! Thankfully, MANY were willing to try the wraps! I hosted my Launch Party and 3, yes THREE people came not including my sweet distributors who were there to support me. Two of the girls joined as Distributors, and the other joined as a loyal customer! I was not upset in the least at all the cancellations for my party! I wanted to keep pushing forward!


As distributors signed up I would offer to host their launch party. Even if they signed up with distributors under me, I still did their launch parties if they asked! I did 4 parties per week for THREE weeks. I was never home at bedtime for my 3 precious boys! Thankfully, I am on summer break and getting that time with them during the day and my husband and family was willing to step up!


I post DAILY to Facebook. I never thought I would be that person. A couple people complained, but with the money I am making I have to know that it is for the best for my family. I post results, something about the business, money I have made, etc. Any like or comment I would personally message them and ask if they were interested in the wraps or the business. I posted a photo of my wrap cash and got a TON of distributor interest!


I am a product of the product! I have lost significant inches from wrapping! This made people believe in the product! I posted my photo after 6 wraps and got nearly 90 likes! My friends and family are excited for me! They knew I believed in this!


I am passionate about these products and this business. I deposited $900 in wrap cash this month! Remember my party, 3 people ?!? Remember all those launch parties ?!? I could not hold another personal party! So, I sold them out of my home! Daily I was able to sell wraps. 


I was able to sign up 19 distributors this month. I have made $900 in Fast Start Bonuses. 


My sister in law and best friend, Lacey, joined with me! She is an Emerald in her first month! Lace has also become a product of the product! She has lost 14 pounds and 15 inches in 9 wraps and 3 weeks on ThermoFit! She is also eating clean! Lace is so motivating for continuing to wrap! She looks like a different person! We are all so proud of her for her journey and her business! She makes her self available for her team members, stays positive, and is willing to do anything!


My best friend Jackie joined with me too! She is now a Ruby in ONE month! She has been an incredible support system. She is a constant positive word in my ear about my leadership! This alone is so motivating!! Jackie has been getting family and friends to join her team!!


One of the girls who joined at my first launch party also hit Ruby this month!! She has been doing parties, has an amazing runner that joined her team immediately, and is continuing to bust butt!!

I had several girls need a space for their launch parties. So, I offered my home for their parties!



I hosted a training for any Distributors or potential distributors! When I decided to do this I had 6 distributors, a week later when we had the training I had 31. 20 people attended the training! I was SO excited!! I will continue to host it at least monthly, if not twice a month! This training was VERY motivating for my team and everyone left feeling like they understood more about the business! I highly recommend as your team grows having a training! I went through charts, tips and tricks, autoship, etc.


I have runners throughout my team! They are working so hard at getting loyals and distributors!


I only kept 5 loyal customers and placed the other 25 I got this month. I wanted to promote and I wanted my girls to promote! I also placed all my Distributors! I constantly had a chart out! 

I am 1 away from a full Double Diamond Chart !! 



I ended up creating a team page of my own since we were growing so fast! We have grown so quickly to over 40 distributors. I have posted TONS of photos for the business and results. I have written answers to all the questions I knew I had those first weeks. 



I am always available for my loyal customers and distributors. Whether by phone call, text, or Facebook. 


I blitzed 3 times this month. I intend to make it a larger part of my business in the coming months to stay successful. 

I have booked a booth in August at a vendor event that I am really excited about!

I immediately ordered a shirt, blitz cards, catalogs, business cards, etc. I was ALL IN from the beginning. There was no waiting to see if it was going to work out, this WAS GOING TO WORK OUT! I brought extra catalogs to all my girls' launch parties for people to look at and take home if needed.

I have an AMAZING team. They are all positive on their progress! They are so incredible! They wanted me to promote and were willing to do whatever they had to for this to happen! I cannot say enough about this team. They are near and dear to my heart!



My success is from an amazing team, consistent Facebook posts, supportive family, positive outlook, and dedication!

Why I joined ItWorks Global

Over a year ago I found a woman on Instagram through the identical twins hashtag. Her name is also Ashley, she has identical twin boys, and she posted a photo of a gender reveal with a box of blue balloons. They were blessed with a third little boy with the same age gap as my three boys. I was shocked that our lives mirrored each other so much. 

Over the past year I have watched Ashley's post about her precious boys and her business. I was very skeptical of the business. She posted that her and her husband were 25 year old stay at home parents. Ashley shared her story about what this business has done for her. She could not afford $2 wipes when she found out she was pregnant with her third. She decided to join ItWorks with the goal of making an extra $600 a month. She hit that goal 23 days into the business. Ashley was incredibly successful at building her business! A year later she is ranked as a Triple Diamond and making over $10,000 PER MONTH. They are building their dream home. Her husband has joined her in the ItWorks business. They are such an inspiration. Tragically, less than two month ago they lost their precious Miloh at 5 months old to SIDS. My heart aches for them and I cry as if I've actually met this couple. It is amazing how Social Media can connect people. The month after Miloh passed away they did not work a single day and they were able to still make a 5 figure pay check. What an amazing company. I messaged Ashley and said I wanted to join ItWorks. She asked me some questions, sent me information, sent me a video, and I knew I wanted to be a part of this! I joined without telling anyone, even my husband. 

Within hours I let family and close friends know that I had joined this company. I completely understood being skeptical but I needed everyone to be supportive. I had been skeptical for over a year. The support was overwhelming! Within hours 3 people joined as Distributors! My sister in law, a best friend, and a friend from high school! The loyal customers started joining and more distributors as the days went on! I was shocked how quickly it grew. Ashley was a wealth of knowledge and answered no less than a hundred questions those first couple days! 

13 days into the business I hit Ruby. This is an average monthly income of $600. I knew I could keep pushing and hit Diamond! Diamond is $2,000 a month, but if you do it in 90 days you get a $10,000 bonus. I was charted Diamond in 3 weeks! For me to officially hit Diamond my team needs some more orders. I have no doubt it will happen within the 90 days and I will get the bonus. The entire team above me is so supportive of me. They truly believe our team will be the next team to hit Diamond! I am Ashley's fasting growing team EVER! How amazing is that?! I cannot wait to hit Diamond to help her hit Presidential Diamond which is $20,000 PER month! In 3 weeks I've made $1300 and spent $350. I am blown away by the endless amounts of money to be earned and how much the products can change your life! I wore a dress yesterday I haven't worn since before the twins! Wrapping my tummy and love handles has made quite the difference!

The products sell themselves. The results are amazing. Not only the wraps, but so many other products. I am excited to see life changing results and life changing incomes for my team and loyal customers! 

The company makes the process so simple there is no way to not be successful. They send you a goals/dream chart to fill out. I didn't do it until I was about to hit Ruby. When I sat down and truly thought about what I would do with any extra money it was motivating. I have so many goals that I had put in the back of my mind while in the midst of raising three young boys.

Pay off furniture 

Have a scholarship at LPHS for someone who wants to become a math teacher

Purchase a trailer for our Lake Trips

Build our Dream Home

Have 3 large college savings accounts

Some of these goals may never be attained, but to sit down and genuinely think about the things you would love to do was empowering.

An amazing 3 year and 15 month appointment...

When I initially called to schedule this appointment I was told there were no shots associated with the 3 year appointment, but Luke would get some at this appointment. I said I wanted an appointment for all 3 boys. They told me this was not protocol due to the amount of paperwork it would require and the chance you cancel it leaves 3 open appointment times. They wanted me to schedule the twins separately. For example they told me to come in the morning for their appointment, then the afternoon for Luke. I asked to speak with my nurse or the Pediatrician. I was really upset by this. I felt like I was being discriminated against for having 3 kids!! If I can handle bringing all 3 boys, you should be able to see them. They said they understood and would see all 3 boys. I was so happy they were willing to see us because I was upset enough to change pediatrician's.

Fast forward to the actual day of the appointment... It is storming. Like completely pouring outside and thunder like you've never heard. The boys are sound asleep and I'm going to have to wake them. So, I call the pediatrician's office and tell them I don't think I can safely unload all 3 boys in this storm. They tell me they lost power a few minutes prior and completely understood. They wanted me to call them when I arrived and they would come down stairs to help unload my boys. Seriously?! How amazing is that??? 

I wake all 3 boys and get them dressed. I run and load Luke while the boys wait in the garage. Then I load the twins. When we arrive the rain STOPPED completely. I was able to unload them all and bring them in. When we get back to the room they bring in 2 nurses to help get all the weight, height, and Luke's head circumference. They were so kind to my boys and talked about Spider-Man when they seemed nervous. 

The twins are always nervous at the doctors office. She says it is a twin thing. They see what happens to the other which makes them more dramatic. This was the first appointment that they stayed talkative! Drake warmed up immediately which isn't typical for him. He kept reassuring Hunter that they were just getting a check up and everything was fine. When Dr. Amy came in Hunter got very visibly nervous. He had tears in his eyes. Drake took his hand and told him he was right there and wasn't going anywhere. Drake said he would get his exam first. They were side by side and held hands during their exams. The entire time Drake saying kind and encouraging words to Hunter. He told him he was okay, he was not going anywhere, he was doing a good job, and how proud he was of him. I had tears in my eyes and couldn't even focus on what the Dr. was saying while I watched this precious moment. 

Over the past year Hunter has randomly complained that his back hurts. I brought it up to Dr. Amy and she decided to put a referral in for a bone doctor at Texas Children's Hospital to be sure it is nothing major. I had a voicemail from the hospital to schedule an appointment when I got in the car. It was that fast! 

Luke had his check up next and the twins told him he would be fine! He did great, but we decided to do his shots at 18 months. He seems to have caught the stomach virus going around and has a runny nose. You either get shots at 15 months or 18 months, so we will just delay them. Developmentally he needed 5 words which he does. His vocabulary has exploded in the past month. 

When the two nurses came in to give Drake and Hunter each one shot the boys were not happy. They got their shots at exactly the same time and the nurses were amazing! They took the boys to get Spider-man stickers and walked them through the middle of the office. My boys experience was amazing!! They cried for not even 10 seconds and were ready for the stickers. 

It was now pouring outside when it was time to leave. One of the women in the office grabbed her umbrella and said she would walk down and stand with the boys while I brought the car around. 

I have always loved my pediatrician. I get in anytime I need to, I have spoken to the nurse at least one hundred times over the past three years. Today made me love them even more! I feel so truly blessed that we have such amazing people to take care of our boys health!

The twins are projected to be 5 foot 8 inches, just like their daddy! 

Luke 15 months

Drake and Hunter had a blog every month the first two years of their lives. I am struggling to write as often with 3 kids 3 and under! Luke is incredibly active and into everything at all times! So, I am trying to get better, but it is pretty busy around here!

He gives high five, plays peek a boo, pat a cake, knows his nose and mouth, Bellybutton, waves, gives kisses, gives hugs, and pats your back while he hugs. 

He is very happy and rarely cries. He more screams when he is mad about something.

He can crawl up the boys bunk beds, but hasn't managed to get on the top bunk yet.

He loves to watch tv! Movies, cartoons, anything! His attention span is unreal! He will watch nearly an entire Disney movie!

This child can eat. And eat. And eat some more! He loves to eat! We haven't found any food he dislikes.

He adores his brothers. The love between them is undeniable. He wrestles, screams at them, laughs with or at them, and loves to play with them. They are great playing with him!

If anyone lays down on their belly you can bet Luke is going to come sit on your back and try to ride!

He loves to play hide and seek under blankets! We say "Where's Luke?" 

He loves Sheriff Callie and Frozen. 

Luke is into EVERYTHING!!! Nothing like Drake and Hunter at this age! He takes the trash out of the trash can, throws any and all laundry in his site, grabs trash as you sweep, takes DVDs out of entertainment center, grabs things off tables and throws it. He is going non-stop! Picks up toys and throws them over his shoulder! A one man tornado!

He loves his bath and easily goes to sleep! He still takes an afternoon nap that is typically 2-3 hours. He sleeps 12-13 hours a night with bedtime at 7. I still turn on the white noise machine to keep the twins from waking him. 

He has turned into my blanky baby! He loves his blanket I had made with his custom Dr. Seuss crib bedding. The first thing he does in the mornings is throw it out of his crib. This makes him able to carry it around the house!

Luke has a raspy voice. He is finally jabbering and really has a ton to say! I could listen to him jabber all day long! His smile is contagious! He is very ticklish and giggles often. He has quite a Buddha belly! 

He wears 12 and 18 months clothes!

We just moved up to size 5 pampers!

He is wearing size 5 shoes, and truly may need a 6. He has big feet!

We stopped Breastfeeding completely at 13 months. I went to nurse him and he turned his head. We were able to do it gradually so I had absolutely no issues drying up after a year of nursing!! We made my goal of a year and I am so glad we didn't have a hard time weaning! He transitioned to milk perfectly!

Luke does not like to be held often. He is constantly on the go!! He climbs on the coffee table, the train table, etc. He is active that is for sure! He is finally in the stage that he walks up and puts his arms up to be held! He has never done that in the past! I love love love it! 

When he pouts it is his entire face! It is heartbreaking when he does it.

Drake and Hunter's Toy Story 3rd Birthday Party

Drake and Hunter found a new fascination with Toy Story since Christmas. So, I decided this would be the perfect theme. Hunter is more fascinated with Woody and being a Cowboy, and Drake prefers Buzz Lightyear. 

Their birthday kind of snuck up on me after Luke's first birthday celebration. I was late getting out invitations, which upset me. I hate being late about anything. I ordered most of the stuff from Birthday Express and Amazon. I picked up some last minute things from Party City. 


The birthday turned out perfect! The cakes and cupcakes were absolutely adorable. They tasted amazing which makes them even better! Their shirts were super cute! The Toy Story theme and so many things to go with it. It was easy to decorate and get gift ideas for people.
